Safal Partners partnered with the board to deliver customized technical assistance focused on enhancing board and staff knowledge, improving service delivery, and expanding employer engagement in Registered Apprenticeship (RA). Leveraging deep expertise in state and local workforce development and RA alignment, Safal provided a blend of in-person facilitation and virtual support to guide planning, align Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funds and services with RA, and develop actionable tools for immediate use.
